Nestled in what used to be a mango orchard in historic Cavite, 27 kilometers southwest of Manila, are two world-class 18-hole championship golf courses designed by two golf legends: “The Tradition” designed by Gary Player and “The Legacy” designed by Arnold Palmer. The latter was the venue for the 1995 Johnnie Walker Classic and the 1996 Johnnie Walker Super Tour, participated in by the likes of Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, Freddie Couples, Greg Norman, Nick Faldo, and many others from the PGA.
